Our Herbal Hemorrhoid Relief System consists of:

1 4 oz bottle of herbal spritz that you can either spray on the affected area, or soak a cotton ball and gently pat the affected area. You can use either method as needed. It's especially soothing if you keep this refrigerated.

1 1 oz bottle of massage oil. This oil is to be massaged into the soles of your feet twice a day or used in a foot bath twice a day. You could do this once a day, it's probably more convenient, but it might take a little longer to notice any difference in symptoms.
