We are having trouble with our shopping cart not adding shipping and handling charges. This issue is being worked on and hopefully will be fixed very soon. If you place an order and it doesn't charge for shipping, we will notify you by email and ask that you make a second deposit in our PayPal account equal to what the shipping charge will be, or you can mail it to us. Unfortunately, if you don't do this, we will have to refund your money for the purchase. We keep our prices as low as we can for you and really can't afford to offer free shipping.
